  3. 3. Compare. We compute an estimated effective cost (base price + known charges − potential government benefit) so you can compare opportunities.
  4. 4. Verify. Every record links back to its official government source with the date it was last checked.

We do not sell property, process applications or collect payments. Always complete applications and payments on the official authority website.
